As the مدير تشغيل شركة إعاشة وتموين, you will be responsible for supervising all food-related operations in central kitchens and hotels. Your duties will include developing diverse menus tailored to different cultures, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely service delivery, monitoring operational performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, managing and training staff to uphold safety standards and food quality, ensuring adherence to the highest cleanliness and health standards in all catering operations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, including 5 years specifically in Mecca. Previous experience in menu creation, cost control, strong knowledge of the latest management techniques in the food and beverage industry, ability to work under pressure, excellent planning and organizational skills, familiarity with health and cleanliness standards specific to food industries, as well as a degree in Food & Beverage Management are required.

Candidates must hold recognized certifications in Food & Beverage Management (such as Operations Management or Hotel Management), possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, be proficient in operational management tools and software. Prior experience working in Mecca during Hajj days is essential along with a practical background in the same field. The successful candidate should demonstrate innovative problem-solving abilities to meet Mecca's market needs effectively.
