We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our Readymix Concrete plant.
As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize processes, minimize downtime, and ensure on-time delivery of products. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will lead a team of production staff, drivers, and maintenance personnel to achieve operational goals.
To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in operations management within the Readymix Concrete industry along with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Advanced degrees or certifications in operations management will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and forecast demand accurately.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Operation Manager in the Readymix Industry with fluency in Arabic being a key demographic requirement.
