Internal Audit Manager

About the job Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Team Leader - Internal Audit to be based in the UAE. Key aspects of the role include: Lead and manage the internal audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of audit activities. Implement internal audits ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans to address key areas of concern within the company. Provide recommendations for enhancements or solutions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate audit activities. Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare audit reports for senior management highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum 4-5 years total experience in internal/external audit
• Must have experience in the manufacturing industry. Pharma experience is a plus
