As an Operations Manager at Al Ghurair, you will lead our Operational Control Center (OCC) and Driver Performance Enhancement (DPE) teams to ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to maximize fleet efficiency, monitor fleet utilization and driver performance, and coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
In this role, you will develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet utilization, enhance income, reduce costs, and drive the integration of electric vehicles into our fleet in alignment with sustainability goals. You will prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, review operational processes for efficiency improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to encourage a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7+ years of experience in operations and fleet management in fast-paced environments, with advanced analytical skills and strong leadership capabilities.
