The Operations Manager - Guest Relations will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations related to guest relations, property housekeeping, and maintenance for a holiday property rentals company in the UAE. Key responsibilities include managing difficult situations effectively, overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, conducting check-in/check-out procedures, providing concierge services to VIP guests, and developing relationships with guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Short-Term Rental / Real Estate market, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
