Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned locations.Identify potential business opportunities to increase revenue.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.Provide guidance and leadership to the team to achieve operational and financial objectives.Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers’ expectations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or similar.Minimum 8 years of operations management experience within the F&B industry, of which at least 2 years in a leadership role.UAE Experience is a must.Proven track record in managing multiple locations.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality regulations.Proficient in financial management.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
