As the Operations Manager at Enova, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Facilities Management strategy and ensuring that contractual commitments are met successfully. You will lead the Facilities and Operations team by setting objectives, managing performance, and providing feedback to maximize performance. Additionally, you will contribute to defining an optimum structure for the business unit/ division to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficient communication.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree in Management or Facilities Management. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in operations management, including 2 years in a managerial role with exposure to Maintenance and Facilities Management is required. Knowledge of CMMS is also preferable for this position.

Key Job Requirements:

  • - In-depth knowledge of ISO, ICAO, and GCAA industrial best practices related to FM01 (CNS, AGL, and ACW)
