We are currently seeking a diligent HSE Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our HSE strategy for projects. As an HSE Engineer at Atkins Realis Group, your responsibilities will include conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, reviewing contractor's HSE plans, monitoring compliance with regulations, providing guidance to project teams, participating in incident investigations, preparing reports with recommendations for improvement, coordinating training programs, liaising with regulatory authorities, and promoting a positive HSE culture.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, along with 7-10 years of experience in HSE management on large infrastructure projects. Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP) is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have in-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, experience in conducting audits and investigations, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in teams, and proficiency in using HSE management software. Experience in the rail or metro industry would be advantageous.
