We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for various statutory requirements related to HR policies and regulations across Middle East countries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal signatories, court representation, health and safety standards, and local documentation requirements. Collaborating with the team, the Human Resources Generalist will ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory environments while assisting with policy updates as needed.

In addition to managing employee records and document storage, the Human Resources Generalist will provide Arabic language support for legal documents, letters, and reporting. Acting as the local point of contact for inquiries to government entities such as Nafis, UAE Pension authorities, and Bahrain SIC is also a key responsibility. Moreover, overseeing processes from onboarding to offboarding ensures smooth transitions for employees while maintaining operational compliance with Company values and HR policies regarding supported projects and programs.
