As a Human Resources Generalist at AMS International UAE, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Your key responsibilities will include promoting our employer branding by maintaining a positive image of AMS International, sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding staff in collaboration with management and recruitment agencies, overseeing staff management tasks such as time and attendance tracking, leave schedules, annual tickets, and personal records. Additionally, you will be responsible for employee relations by providing counseling and resolving concerns when needed.

Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate personnel files to ensure compliance with immigration and labor procedures while managing leave schedules, coordinating staff bonuses, salary increments, payroll processing through client portals, invoicing tasks. You will also identify process improvements to enhance efficiency within the HR department while ensuring consistent policy application. Furthermore, you will liaise with clients regarding staff updates, office logistics, onboarding new hires or managing leavers.
