As a Junior HR Generalist at AMS International UAE, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include promoting our employer brand, sourcing and recruiting talented individuals, managing staff records and compliance, handling employee relations issues, and overseeing payroll and invoicing processes.
