We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal as you will be responsible for attracting top talent, nurturing a positive work culture, and ensuring that employees receive the necessary support to excel. As a Human Resources Generalist at House of Pops, your responsibilities will encompass various key areas. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, conduct new employee orientations, and facilitate onboarding activities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, prepare HR reports for management meetings, review attendance and process payroll monthly while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Furthermore, you will be involved in offboarding processes including exit interviews and asset clearance for departing staff members. Employee relations will also fall under your purview as you address concerns, assist with workplace conflicts resolution when needed, support performance management processes by setting goals and conducting reviews alongside managers. Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations is crucial while implementing engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.

Key Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on recruitment, HR administration, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience working in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
