As a Human Resources Generalist at Confidential, you will play a crucial role in implementing employee relations and services activities. Your responsibilities will include advising employees on organizational matters such as grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance. You will collaborate closely with line managers to address disciplinary actions in line with HR policies and procedures, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently.
