Senior Finance Associate

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a skilled Senior Finance Associate to join our team in Dubai, responsible for finance operations in Singapore and supporting UAE operations.

As a Senior Finance Associate at Artefact, you will play a crucial role in supporting project financial analysis to ensure alignment with commercial plans and budgets. Your responsibilities will include reconciling client revenue accruals with actual project delivery, staff time, and third-party invoices. You will also assist with invoice verification, reconciliations, general financial administration, and collaborate with Finance leadership to enhance processes and efficiencies while maintaining accurate time tracking for client projects.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Master's in Commerce, MBA, or ACCA qualifications along with 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role for the Singapore market is essential, while experience in the UAE is a plus. Strong financial reconciliation skills, knowledge of bookkeeping and maintaining general ledger records, proficiency in working capital analysis and cash flow management are required. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis are essential along with familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and financial software/tools.

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
