Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant at Baraka, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance department by ensuring accurate accounting for all Group entities. Your responsibilities will include daily bookkeeping of financial transactions, preparation of monthly management accounts, ownership of bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepayment schedules. You will assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, internal and external audits coordination, regulatory reportings preparation, and financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Ideally, you should be ACA or ACCA recently qualified with experience in managing the whole management accounts process from pre-month end close to year end reporting. Proficiency in Quickbooks software is essential along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills is crucial for success in this role.
