We are currently seeking a Senior Associate 3 to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering Managed Accounting engagements from start to finish. This role requires expertise in relevant accounting standards and substantial experience in accounting practices. The Senior Associate 3 will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services, budget monitoring, supervision of accounting processes, month-end closing activities, and preparation of Balance Sheet & P&L Schedules.

As a full-time on-site position, the Senior Associate 3 will collaborate with staff members to record accounting transactions accurately using client-provided software. Responsibilities also include preparing and analyzing financial statements for compliance with accounting practices, assisting with month-end reviews and financial closings for various clients, presenting financial statements monthly to clients and management teams, overseeing staff efficiency and effectiveness in meeting daily targets per client requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role must be a qualified chartered accountant with at least 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Advisory businesses. Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Immediate availability in the UAE for joining is required. Possessing a UAE driving license would be advantageous.
