We are currently seeking a dynamic Finance Officer to join our team at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Officer will have a range of responsibilities that include preparing ADGM Prudential Reporting in full compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing accounting operations such as general ledger management and bank reconciliations, contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance with ADGM and Indian market regulations, reviewing accounts and audits of Funds in Indian markets for accurate reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

The successful candidate must possess Fund NAV calculation experience, ADGM prudential returns filing experience, and UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing experience. Additionally, qualifications such as being a Chartered Accountant (CA) are preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in financial management with a focus on ADGM prudential reporting, solid knowledge of IFRS and compliance regulations in ADGM and Indian markets, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Regulatory Compliance: Support internal and external audits; stay current with ADGM and Indian market regulations
