As the Assistant Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions, you will work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to maintain and manage an assigned portfolio of existing and new FI clients. Your primary goal will be to retain and grow banking relationships profitably, aligning with assigned business growth targets. You will ensure that customer compliance and legal documentation are up-to-date and in good order, following strict guidelines related to customer onboarding and monitoring.
In this role, you will also prepare Credit Applications according to the Bank's underwriting standards and risk targets for review by SRMs. Timely completion of annual reviews, monitoring financials, covenants, and other parameters within the review cycle will be essential. Building strong relationships with customers for day-to-day banking requirements and business generation purposes is a key aspect of this position. Effective communication both internally and externally is crucial to ensure quick turnaround times and high client satisfaction levels.
If you have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management along with 4-5 years of experience in Corporate banking (with at least 2 years exposure to FI in the UAE covering CIS & Turkey/Africa & LATAM), we encourage you to apply for this role.
