Our company, a leading organization in the Middle East, is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager on an 8-month contract basis. As the Finance & Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our Dubai office. Your responsibilities will include internal and external financial reporting, collaborating with various departments such as Global Business Services (GBS), Procurement, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Human Resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations in Saudi Arabia by working closely with our PRO & legal teams to update certificates and handle month-end activities.

To excel in this role, you must hold an accounting degree or qualification with CPA qualifications being preferable. You should have at least 2 years of experience in financial/management accounting roles with expertise in month-end accounts preparation, financial statements analysis, transactional processing, audit preparation, and tax filings. Proficiency in computerized accounting systems is essential along with sound knowledge of Dubai & Saudi Arabia VAT regulations.

Your main duties will involve processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently including accounts receivable/payable management, treasury functions, payroll processing, and account reconciliations. You will also be responsible for internal financial reporting by preparing detailed financial reports and conducting variance analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization.
