The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects of the business. This includes managing treasury functions, fixed assets, insurance, and tax compliance to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred) with at least 8 years of experience in finance roles within the Medical Equipment Trading and Healthcare sectors. Knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, accounting standards, cash flow management, risk assessment, investment strategies, as well as proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting is essential.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include treasury management which involves cash flow management performance analysis, risk assessment and mitigation, liquidity management funding capital structure management investment management bank relationship management treasury software development; financial reporting and accounting management which includes preparation of financial statements generating timely reports accounting operations budget development audit coordination process improvement initiatives; fixed asset management covering asset acquisition recording tracking depreciation valuation disposal retirement fixed assets count; insurance management involving risk assessment policy selection procurement claims management compliance renewals.
