Kingston Stanley, a leading recruitment agency in the United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a Key Account Manager for a Global Luxury Wine & Spirits Brand with extensive experience in Travel Retail. Based in Dubai, UAE, our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences to customers across Israel, Africa, and Controlled Accounts. With a focus on achieving sales targets, merchandising objectives, and promotion goals through effective key account management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in the travel retail channel.
As the Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include developing annual business sales plans for each customer based on sales objectives, key battlegrounds, new product launches, and activation programs. You will be expected to build strong customer relationships with key retailers, monitor customer orders and stock levels to accurately forecast business performance, secure activation space at point of sales locations through regular market visits, and manage a team of dedicated Brand Consultants. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing retail strategies, managing A&P budgets, strategic objectives, and following up on accounts receivable/payable.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of relevant Key Account Management experience within Travel Retail and be based in the UAE. A BA degree in business is advantageous but not essential. Strong presentation and communication skills are required along with a solid commercial acumen. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to make independent decisions and possess fluent English language skills. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 35K depending on experience and current level of role.
