The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Sales Management from a reputable university. Fluency in Malayalam is highly preferred for effective communication with clients. With 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including managerial roles handling accounts like Lulu & Nesto, you should have a solid understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. Your ability to prepare periodical sales reports will be crucial for tracking performance metrics.
