To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA / ACMA / ACCA are preferred. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, including industry experience in FMCG, you should possess exceptional communication skills and strong technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Your ability to diagnose complex challenges and deliver timely solutions will be critical in guiding decision-making processes and achieving our financial targets.
