Logistics Shift Leader - Unilever Leadership Internship Program

As a Logistics Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing Raw & Packaging Materials as well as Finish Goods across the factory through proactive communication with various supply chain partners.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include ensuring materials availability for production lines, distributing products on time and in full, managing internal logistics warehouse systems (WMS) and SAP transactions, and optimizing warehouse and transport capacity with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). You will be responsible for leading Factory Logistics RPM & Finish Goods operations, monitoring warehousing and transportation costs, supporting logistics excellence initiatives, and delivering on key objectives such as safety, quality, labor optimization, waste reduction, customer service enhancement, continuous improvement projects, and sustainability improvements.
