Finance Manager - FP&A | Retail

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A for our Retail division. Reporting to the Head of Finance – BP&A, this role will lead the Central BP&A planning and reporting team covering all retail brands across MENA and Asia. The primary responsibilities include facilitating budget processes, preparing management reports for brands with ad hoc analysis on business initiatives, developing KPIs for performance measurement against targets and trends, implementing report & forecast automation enhancements for process efficiency. Additionally, this role will collaborate with treasury functions to manage cash flow requirements for the division.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (MBA or CMA/CFA preferred), at least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills are essential along with proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/BPC and Anaplan platform for financial planning is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex financial insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with MENA/SEA markets' regulatory requirements is advantageous.
