RTC-1 Employment Services is currently seeking a Senior Accountant - GL & Reporting for a prestigious government organization based in Dubai, UAE. As the Senior Accountant - GL & Reporting, you will play a crucial role in preparing financial reports, consolidated statements, and management reports. Your responsibilities will include managing general ledger transactions, financial period closures, account reconciliations, and ensuring alignment of bank statements with organizational records. You will also be tasked with identifying improvement opportunities, maintaining financial systems, and supporting special financial projects to enhance process efficiency and achieve objectives.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment efforts, training programs, and performance evaluations. It will be essential for you to ensure adherence to policies, close audit findings promptly, and safeguard information assets. This role offers a competitive salary of up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive benefits such as an airline ticket allowance, education allowance, and medical insurance as per Group Medical Policy.
