As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with senior management and Project Management Consultants (PMC). Your role will involve creating comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. You will conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure the viability of projects while overseeing all construction phases to guarantee adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in managing project budgets by monitoring expenditures, approving invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and contractors. You will implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or integrity. Additionally, you will track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure milestones are met. Generating detailed status reports and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities.
