As a Mechanical Engineer at V Rekrut, you will be responsible for overseeing the management development of all Mechanical systems in high rise towers. This includes Air condition, Ventilation, Plumbing, LPG, specialist low current systems, Suann and steam, Garbage chute, and swimming pool systems from inception through completion. Your key responsibilities will include conducting design management and review of all mechanical systems design documents for completeness and correctness. You will also manage tender documents, specifications, vendors, value engineering, and Authority requirements to ensure accuracy and compatibility with project goals.

In addition to this, you will oversee the performance of project stakeholders such as Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Inspectors. You will review construction technical submittals like shop drawings and material statements while attending meetings with various project stakeholders to ensure procurement strategy efficiency. Regular site inspections will be conducted by you to monitor construction progress and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications at the expected quality standard.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with relevant experience in managing mechanical systems for high rise towers.
