As the Senior Finance Manager at Acube Developments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finance & accounts division of the company. Working closely with top management, your responsibilities will include managing the capital structure, identifying optimal financing options, providing strategic direction, tracking cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will also be tasked with building banking relationships, overseeing receivables & payables, and providing management with detailed dashboards on financial activities and forecasts.

In this position, you will collaborate with senior managers to develop budget proposals efficiently while ensuring contract compliance and reporting accuracy. Your duties will involve researching revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyzing internal operations for cost reduction opportunities, and managing risk through liability analysis. Additionally, you will oversee operational functions by coordinating with external agencies and internal staff responsible for HR aspects. Proficiency in UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax laws, auditing standards is essential for guiding the finance team through internal & external audit processes.

Ideal candidates for this role should have proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar position within a real estate development firm or brokerage. A deep understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices in the UAE is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools and forecasting methods is essential along with expertise in financial management software such as SAP or Oracle Netsuite. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with numbers, hold CPA certification (preferred), have at least 5 years of experience in senior management roles combined with over 15 years of accounting and financial management practice (with 5 years specifically within the UAE).

• Proven experience as Sr. Finance Manager
