Audit Team Leader

As an Audit Team Leader at Sourcet Global Solution, you will play a pivotal role in conducting internal audit assignments to enhance departmental operations' efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for leading ad-hoc audit engagements from planning to reporting, performing risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, and identifying discrepancies in operations. Your role will involve analyzing financial and operational data to pinpoint trends, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will ensure the proper filing of working papers with sufficient evidence in line with auditing standards.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field along with at least two parts of CIA or seven parts of IFRS completed. With a minimum of 7 years of professional audit experience including 3 years in a senior position, you should possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of IIA standards and accounting principles. Proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools is essential, with experience in SAP being highly preferred. Excellent communication skills are crucial for collaborating effectively across all levels within the organization.
