Finance Manager - Middle East & Caspian

As the Regional Finance Manager for the Middle East & Caspian region, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets effectively, conducting accurate forecasting, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, and providing strategic support to regional leadership. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders such as the AMEC Regional Finance Director, VP AMEC, Country Managers, Project Managers, Shared Service Centre, and Treasury Head. Additionally, you will maintain critical external relationships with auditors, banks, and tax advisors.

The ideal candidate for this role is a Qualified Accountant (ICAS/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years of experience in financial management within an industrial services background. You should possess strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations (local and international), excellent analytical skills, effective leadership abilities, proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. Moreover, your interpersonal and communication skills should be top-notch to influence stakeholders effectively.
