The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. They will prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, collaborate with other departments for smooth financial management across projects, manage cash flow efficiently, monitor expenditures, optimize cost-efficiency, handle audits, and maintain precise financial records.

Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Professional certifications like CPA, CFA or ACCA are a plus), along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the real estate development industry. Strong knowledge of financial principles, local regulations, and real estate market trends is essential. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively are required. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel), strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
