Human Resources Analyst

Role Description: This is a temporary on-site role for a Human Resources Analyst at Tuscan Consulting in Dubai for 3 months (maternity cover). The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for managing the front office function of our consultancy division. Typical roles and responsibilities include analyzing HR data, preparing reports, assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee records, and providing support for various HR initiatives.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR analysis and reporting
• Experience with front office management is a plus

• - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
