We are currently seeking a Senior Communications Manager specializing in executive thought leadership initiatives to join our dynamic team at G-P. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a thought leadership program centered on LinkedIn for key leadership members across the C-suite and senior leadership team. This role involves shaping compelling narratives to solidify G-P's position as an AI innovator and industry leader within HR technology and Employer of Record (EOR) sectors. The Senior Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and promoting narratives that resonate across traditional and social media platforms, requiring expertise in building executive and corporate brands on social media while adapting writing styles as needed.

As a Senior Communications Manager at G-P, you will define and execute comprehensive social media thought leadership communications programs that enhance our reputation and amplify the expertise of our senior leadership team across various business functions. Responsibilities include optimizing profiles, creating impactful content, hosting social media trainings for leaders, monitoring industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional partners for cohesive content strategies, contributing to dashboards reporting effectiveness of initiatives, among other tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as communications or marketing with proven experience managing executive thought leadership programs on social media.
