Communications Manager

We are currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Administrative Services team.

As the Internal Communications Manager at iQor, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing internal communications initiatives that enhance global employee engagement and alignment with our mission and values. You will independently create high-quality communication materials such as organizational announcements, handbooks, newsletters, intranet updates, video scripts, presentations, banners, and more. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments is key to ensure consistency in messaging while working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to align campaigns for both internal and external audiences.

In this role, you will lead employee engagement campaigns like iQorian Values Week and Mental Health Awareness Month to foster connection among employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting clear crisis communication plans during incidents such as natural disasters or IT outages. Ensuring that all internal communications reflect iQor's brand voice and identity is crucial while overseeing the creation of branded templates and multimedia content. Your ability to measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies through data insights will be essential in refining approaches for improved engagement.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in internal communications or related fields who possesses exceptional English language proficiency and strong storytelling skills.
