Operations Manager

[Detailed Job Description] The Operations Manager at Al Ghurair will lead the Operational Control Center (OCC) and Driver Performance Enhancement (DPE) teams to ensure operational excellence. They will implement strategies to maximize fleet efficiency, monitor fleet utilization and driver performance, coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery, develop operational strategies for optimization, drive integration of electric vehicles into the fleet, prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, review processes for efficiency improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, innovative thinker with a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Job Requirements:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in operations and fleet management in fast-paced environments.

• - Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Office365, Power BI, and Power Query.
