In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects within a manufacturing environment that deals with legacy systems and obsolescence challenges. Your main tasks will include evaluating new product capabilities, defining design authority with licensors, coordinating engineering involvement during transitions, creating production build instructions, managing configuration changes, providing technical support for production issues, and ensuring adherence to company standards throughout all activities.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (an MS in Engineering and/or MBA is preferred), along with a strong understanding of materials, critical external processes, NDT techniques, and specifications related to aerospace components and systems. Previous experience in aerospace or defense electronic engineering is also required.
