Our company, a New Government Entity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive successful organizational change through tailored change management programs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement change management strategies and plans, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and design communication plans to enhance change readiness. Reporting to the Strategy & Project Excellence Director, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring business continuity and successful project outcomes.

As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the company's change management strategy and plans to support operational transfers and other organizational initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, identify relevant stakeholder groups, foster engagement, and create customized engagement plans. Additionally, you will evaluate organizational readiness for change by assessing skill gaps, identifying barriers, anticipating challenges, and developing proactive strategies to address them effectively.

Furthermore, the Change Management Specialist will define measurable KPIs in coordination with relevant stakeholders to evaluate the success of change initiatives. By aligning these KPIs with organizational goals and tracking progress regularly, you will ensure consistency between change efforts and overall vision. Collaboration with Program Management teams to embed change management practices into project timelines is essential for seamless integration. Providing regular reports on progress to the Strategy & Project Excellence Director will enable well-informed decisions for business continuity.

We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or BA degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in change management. Proficiency in English (spoken and written), strong reporting skills, presentation skills, project initiation capabilities, excellent communication skills, as well as personal and social skills are required for this role.
