As a Senior Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a crucial role in developing forecasts, updating financial models, conducting variance analyses, and preparing detailed reports to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Collaborating on budgeting activities, monitoring key financial indicators, and implementing cost control measures are essential responsibilities to ensure accurate reporting and effective resource allocation. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, stay updated on industry standards and regulations, and uphold information security protocols within the organization.

To excel in this role, candidates must be open to Arabic nationalities aged 40 years old or below with at least 6 years of experience in a similar position utilizing financial analytics for strategic decision-making within the finance sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field is required. Preferably holding a CPA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent certification would be advantageous. Successful candidates will contribute to recruitment efforts, participate in training programs for staff development, conduct performance evaluations effectively while addressing audit findings promptly.
