Company X, a new government entity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive successful organizational change through the development and implementation of tailored change management programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to formulate communication plans, establish KPIs, integrate change management into project plans, and provide reports to ensure business continuity.

As a Change Management Specialist at Company X, your key responsibilities will include developing the company's change management strategy and plans to support the successful transfer of operations and implementation of organizational initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, define relevant stakeholder groups, foster engagement, create customized engagement plans, identify appropriate communication channels, design communication strategies with the Marketing & Communication Department, and identify change champions/ambassadors for initiatives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the organization's readiness for change by assessing factors such as employee mindset, infrastructure, existing processes, skill gaps related to changes being implemented, potential barriers to change, challenges and resistance anticipation. You will develop proactive strategies to address these challenges and engage stakeholders to minimize resistance while regularly updating employees on progress to ensure transparency and understanding.

To qualify for this position at Company X, candidates must hold a Diploma or BA degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent English proficiency in spoken and written communication is required along with strong reporting skills, presentation skills, project initiation capabilities, project progress follow-up expertise, escalation handling experience, personal and social skills as well as effective communication abilities.
