As an Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, conducting variance analyses, and preparing financial forecasts and risk reports. You will collaborate on budget development, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to ensure accurate reporting and optimal resource allocation. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements, stay abreast of regulatory changes, and uphold information security and organizational policies. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to recruitment processes, training initiatives, performance evaluations, audit closure activities, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates for this position should be UAE nationals or Arabic nationalities under 40 years old with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred). You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with proficiency in FP&A software such as SAP or Oracle. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
