As the Key Account Manager, your main responsibility will be acquiring and growing key client accounts assigned to you. You will act as the primary point of contact for all key client matters, understanding their needs clearly and working within the organization to meet their requirements efficiently. You will be expected to develop new key accounts, maintain existing relationships, identify new projects through continuous communication with clients, and deliver aggressive sales targets for data communication products and solutions. Additionally, you will support key client requirements, resolve queries promptly, and collaborate with local system integrators and partners to ensure successful implementation of Easy World products.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams within the organization including procurement, logistics, finance, sales, and management to facilitate order placement, deliveries, payment collections, and exception approvals. It is essential that you maintain accurate records in the CRM system at all times to track leads and opportunities effectively. Furthermore, you will stay updated on brands, systems, processes, policies within Easy World Group while adhering to all company policies and procedures diligently.
