Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new potential projects, developing and implementing operational plans, securing projects by providing solutions to clients, leading JV agreements and consortiums, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth, driving new bids and RFPs, expanding partner networks, building workforce capacity, participating in promotional activities, contributing to leadership at executive and board level. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background preferably with an MBA degree, minimum 10 years of experience in business development and project execution in Saudi Arabia and abroad, minimum 5 years of experience in management of business development, good relations with top global EPC Contractors, successful experience in JVs and consortiums, working knowledge of required software, excellent communication skills suitable for international presentations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
