In this role, your core responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments to identify learning opportunities, designing and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills, collaborating with department leaders to integrate development initiatives with strategic objectives, evaluating program effectiveness through metrics and feedback, advising managers on talent development plans for team members, overseeing blended learning approaches utilizing e-learning and classroom-based training, as well as managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for efficient tracking of employee development. Your ability to design innovative development programs and foster a culture of continuous learning will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field (a Master's degree is advantageous), along with a minimum of five years of experience in talent development or a similar HR role within a corporate environment. You should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models, excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively, as well as proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and other relevant tools.
