We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our staff.

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan aligned with our strategic goals. You will conduct annual training needs analysis, collaborate with department managers to identify training opportunities, and coordinate all training activities within the hotel. Building relationships with industry associations, external training companies, and academic councils will be essential as you seek to enhance learning resources for our employees.

In addition to maintaining accurate records of training activities and participant information, you will develop a central internal resource library comprising videos, books, and magazines accessible to all employees. Your responsibilities will also include supporting new hire integration and orientation processes, implementing new policies and standards, preparing training reports, and ensuring compliance with hotel fire & life safety procedures. Attending briefings, meetings, and trainings assigned by management is integral to your role in promoting a culture of continuous learning at Raffles Hotel Jeddah.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Experience working with industry associations and training companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in Training and Development preferred
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and adult learning principles
