As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Magrabi Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial planning activities within our organization. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring business sustainability, and supporting growth through insightful financial leadership. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the Financial Planning Department independently, aligning departmental objectives with overall business goals to drive strategic decisions effectively.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the annual budgeting process by setting financial and operational targets, allocating resources efficiently, and preparing detailed budgets by country, branch, and key services. You will manage 12-month rolling forecasts to update year-to-date performance regularly, identify risks and opportunities, develop strategies to close performance gaps based on market conditions and internal performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare periodic financial reports that provide detailed insights for monthly performance reviews.
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. A Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable along with certifications such as CPA, CFA, CIMA or ACCA. The ideal candidate should have at least 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial planning within multinational organizations in the GCC region. Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous along with bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
