Head of Project Finance

We are currently seeking a Head of Project Finance who will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment with our yearly business plan while achieving departmental targets within our PPP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership by developing and implementing financial strategies that align with organizational goals. This individual will oversee financial planning and analysis activities such as preparing financial plans, conducting risk assessments, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

As the Head of Project Finance, you will also be tasked with stakeholder management by serving as the primary financial liaison between public sector stakeholders, private partners, and internal teams. You will negotiate financial terms and agreements with partners to ensure favorable outcomes while presenting financial reports to senior management and government officials. Additionally, you will lead finance teams for PPP projects by providing mentorship and overseeing recruitment, training, and development activities.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the PPP sector
