We are currently seeking a Regional Business Line Financial Controller to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our projects.

As the Regional Business Line Financial Controller, your primary responsibilities will include preparing project P&L statements, reviewing them with Project Directors, and updating project budgets as needed. You will be tasked with identifying risks on projects, quantifying them accurately, and reporting them to management. In cases where necessary, you will provide recommendations on provisioning to cover these risks. Additionally, you will analyze costs incurred on projects, oversee the completion of staff timesheets at 100%, and ensure that costs are correctly allocated to the respective projects. It will also be your responsibility to accurately record subconsultant costs (Internal & External) on projects while adhering to group policies for revenue recognition.

Furthermore, you will have control over invoicing and payments related to projects. You will be responsible for preparing annual budgets/forecasts and conducting variance analysis as part of your regular duties. Your role will also involve preparing/reviewing management reports, financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual), as well as cash flow statements. By maintaining meticulous attention to detail and utilizing your expertise in financial analysis and reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our regional business line.
