We are currently seeking a Performance Management Specialist to join one of our projects in Jeddah. As a Performance Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress across all its paths, preparing required reports for each path and the project as a whole, and ensuring compliance with the implementation of all project stages according to specified quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with good English language skills. Additionally, 1-3 years of experience in the same field is preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
