As a Senior Performance Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance management process, ensuring that all employees are evaluated fairly and consistently based on established SMART KPIs. Collaborating with department heads, you will develop, implement, and refine measurable performance indicators that align with company objectives and goals. Facilitating mid-year and end-of-year performance appraisal processes, you will provide support and training to managers on effective evaluation techniques and feedback delivery.

In addition to analyzing sales performance data and trends to identify areas of improvement, you will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in promoting team collaboration and engagement while inspiring high performance across the organization. You will prepare reports and presentations for senior management outlining performance trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement while identifying training needs and collaborating with the learning and development team to create programs that enhance employee competencies.
